Left molar hurts? braces off for 4 weeks?

okay. i've had my braces off for about 4 weeks now and ever since the first day i got them off the lower molar on the left side of my mouth hurts when eating. i still have a bracket around the right molars and they feel fine.

i also noticed it is a little white at the bottom of the molar. just enough to make a small line between my gum and my tooth.

what could be wrong with me?

Wait till the bands come off the molars, if not, then go see your dr and explain

go to the dentist.  you might have decay, or the tooth might have loosened.
