  1. 3-4 days in the refrigerator, but I've kept leftovers for months in the freezer.

  2. Its depend what kind of chinese food you're talking about but usually it takes a week or longer as long you dont touch it with your hands.

  3. Until it smells funky.

  4. Well, for me i LOVE Chinese food. But it really depends on how much is left. Chinese food, includes lots of herbs, sauces, and other things. So with all those combined, it will take 4 days for them to get cold, and probably mold. But if you keep it for 2 days, it will taste a little weird from day one (when you first got it)

But the 3rd day, it will start to smell, and the oil will start to turn white. So when your saving Chinese food, you should eat it the 2nd day you get it.

  5. If there is meat in the dish, 3-4 days.  If it's all veggies, 5-6 days.

It also depends on where you got it from!

  6. Personally I have a 3 day rule for leftovers.
