  1. dont see why if its working now then you have no problem tho its not so good for it im sure if you jump it and let it charge for a few minute and then it restarted its ok... but if you really want to know have it tested at any shop or parts store most of them dont charge anything to check

  2. eventually, you will need one.

car batteries are made to produce a lot of current for a very short time. they are not made to run until dead, recharge, and do it again. the plates warp, and the battery will not hold a charge.

  3. You only need a new one if it freezes.  Given the weather, I would say it is still good.

  4. i would go to an auto shop, like auto zone if you have one near you and just have them test the battery..they should be able to tell u if you need a new one or not

  5. no if the battery took a charge it should be fine check the voltage output 13.6 volt @ the battery engine running

  6. no u dont need a new battery u need to drive the car for a while to charge the battery because just letting it run for 15 mins without driving it will not keep it charged

  7. stompy, if you have a simple voltmeter, take it and check the battery, it should read, 12.5 right now. If it does the battery should not be touched.  The battery can take a little abuse.

  8. You should be OK, but you might want to try and take it for a little ride to make sure it's fully charged, a battery takes about a half hour of running to fully charge.

  9. keep it make sure your terminals are clean
