  1. Blend the bananas, yogurt and mango for a smoothie and put the rice out for the birds!

  2. It's fruit pulao and it's delicious!  Add a pinch of freshly grated nutmeg and a few fresh mint leaves.

  3. Make a rice pudding with the rice & some milk, add a pinch of cinnamon powder and/or nutmeg. Mix some honey into the yogurt, you can spoon this over the rice pudding or eat it separately. Cube the mango and use as a topping or add to the sweetened yogurt. You can do likewise with the banana or dip in batter & make banana fritters as a contrasting texture.

  4. blend the banana and yoghurt, stir into the rice. top with cubed mango and some cinnamon.

  5. I would add apple or orange or pineapple or coconut milk or soymilk or reg. milk and make a smoothie of it all, including maybe the rice (depending on the flavor mix..never tasted cardamom). I don't like yoghurt, so I would leave that out, but the rest of it might cover up the yoghurt taste. But then I have made many a disaster by mixing a bunch of stuff together and cooking it too..

  6. that makes me feel sick
