Leftover party food?

I'm so annoying with my binging stories, but there's TONS of food leftover.

Meat patties, rice & beans, ice cream cake, pizza rolls, huge box of ritz crackers, 5 bags of chips/pretzels, buffalo wings, huge loaf of french bread, Portuguese rolls, fresh mozzarella, etc. and there's tons of it. There's no way my family would just throw it all out & get it out of my sight, besides the fact there's people starving to death right now. But how the h**l am I supposed to control myself around this food? I binged on every bit of that stuff yesterday. How can I prevent myself from eating this c**p?

  1. We have pretty big family and family get togethers is like cooking for a army.

I have Ziploc bags and fill up whatever I want gone and send it home with the guests.

If I still have left overs I bring them to work for my co-workers to enjoy.

  2. dont look at the food would be a start. instead of hanging around in the kitchen keep yourself occupied in another room like maybe on the computer or making a collage or something like that. also when you crave the food drink water it usually helps with cravings. if that doesnt work then think in ur head what you will look like in 5 years if u ate that junk everyday ( not pretty ) and think of how you will feel after you eat all that. if u want u can even think of a celebrity who is pretty and ask yourself if they would dare eat all that. take some veggies and some dip and go to another room and eat that.you'll feel better that u ate something healthy not junk. i no its gonna be hard but if u stop  yourself from eating it all ur gonna feel awesome after.hope i helped

  3. walk away?

  4. If it's a temporary 'there's a ton of food in the house and I'm bored or sad or angry', then get out of the house or find something to do in the house to take your mind off it.

If this is a permanent/frequent struggle for you, please find an adult in your life that you trust and talk to them about what you're going through.
