for the past couple of days, my legs have been rubbing together when I start to get on the last leg of my run. How do I prevent this, without buying any spandex(sp?) or buying anything really??

  1. When I ran track, I would rub a solid deodorant between my thights... But a quick fix is to wear biker shorts...

  2. None of the other answers make sense.  Baby powder and deodorant????  Change your form and stride???

2 options:  Vaseline is the cheapest.  Works well up to the marathon distance or you can buy body glide especially made for chaffing(basically an expense form of vaseline).  I use vaseline for every run.

  3. Stretch the legs out, build muscle there. I suppose...

  4. This sometimes happed to me and I just focused really hard on my stride and mentally was able to correct it

  5. If you are a runner you might as well just go ahead and buy a stick of BodyGlide. It's under $10 and you will be able to use it for a LONG time. It's great stuff.

  6. Baby powder helps if they are chaffed and also it helps with the rubbing together part.
