Leg Squat with Weights a bit confused?

Alright so im doing this thing to increase my jumping ability and its telling me i need to do leg squats and whenever i search that on youtube it gives me single leg stuff. My question is is that the only way to do squats or is it just a better work out and is it possible to do squats with weights

  1. There are traditional squats, front squats, traditional single leg squats using a bench, single leg or "pistol squats" bulgarian split squats, box squats, half squats, quarter squats, ballistic squats, tempo squats, negative squats, iso squats, omega squats... ETC

    All squats can be done with weights.
