Leg cramp lingering?

yesterday i had a leg cramp. the pain comes back whenever i bend my leg. the pain is in the back of my leg. will this go away?

It will go away. I get them quite often and even having been in the medical field for so long I can never figure them out, I did try something my wife offered once. Eat a banana. I did and it worked, it didn't cure me but the cramp left my body.

I suppose medically speaking it due to fluid intake, electrolytes are diminished, esp potassium, i guess that why banana's work.
