  1. try to apply a pain relieving ointment on your calf before sleeping and cover it with a towel or a cloth that would keep it from being cold.

  2. Girl, I feel your pain!! I woke up my husband twice in one night with my whining. They hurt like crazy! Just know that you are not alone.

  4. those cramps hurt bad!! i used to get them when i was pregnant w/ 1st baby...Pregnant now nothing yet...they hurt really bad and u know what helped it may sound funny but it worked my mother in law told me to do it..Get a bar of soap and put it at the end of your be at night...just under the comforter or sheets...it takes the cramps away..then you will sleep better...good luck

  5. I get a few really bad cramps in my calf at night, it will wake me up and I have to get up right then and walk around lol, its becasue I tense up my legs when I sleep for some reason lol. Be sure to eat lots of bananas, or things with a lot of potassium, that will help with the cramps.
