Leg muscle hurting when sprinting?

Im on the track and field team, im a sprinter. The other day, we started off our warm ups inside the school. It was about 10-15minutes. After that, we went outside in our shorts, but it was cold. Real cold. Right there, we had to start sprinting, and i felt a pull in the back of my leg. The back of the leg, where all the muscle is, there is a pain when I sprint. its fine when I jog, but its kind of painful when i sprint. Do i have too much lactic acid? Should I take a bath? Maybe i just have a big cramp? But its been going on for a few days now. I can run, and i can start sprinting, but in a few seconds the pain comes back.

I checked online, and its in either 2 muscles. Either the semimembranosus, or the Gracilis. Somewhere near that region. Like, i dont feel it at all when i walk or jog. Even for long periods time. But when i start sprinting, i feel it.
