no mussle

i need mussle on my legs

in 1 month.

  1. Lunges and Squats...with weights or not...Just make sure you have proper technique or you could mess up your knees (ex. dont let your knee go over your toes in a squat) You can run too.


  2. do u want long lean mussles? or big fat mussles? b/c if u want big mussles, dont swim. thats long lean mussle. i wuld run if u want big fat mussles. so yea. just try either. depending on the mussle type u want.

  3. Bike riding is great for cardio and thigh muscle development.  Combine it with some running and squats to use different leg muscles.  Make sure you get enough protein immediately after your workout to encourage muscle development.  Eat sensibly since your body needs energy.

  4. squats + leg press + lunges are all good
