I've just had my legs waxed but running my hands over them i can still feel some stubble. Its not long enough to wax and i've never shaved and plucking them just gets them red and painful.

Any suggestions on how to get my legs silky smooth??

  1. Unfortunatly thats one fo the problems with wax. it cant get the short hairs and to be honest waxing doesnt really last that long.

I suggest shaving. it really is that best alternative. you might have to do it often but its really quick. put some hair conditioner on your legs if you havent got shaving cream to stop your legs getting chaffed

  2. Um, i use hair removal cream such as veet or boots own it's good and doesn't hurt at all :) hope that helps!!

  3. You should worry about that thatch roof north of there even more

  4. Are you sure your follicles aren't just irritated from the waxing?  Sometimes they can feel a bit "lumpy" after waxing for a day or so.... you shouldn't be feeling any stubble if you have never shaved.

  5. men shave their faces, women shave their legs, don't mention it but  get used to it as that's what it is.

  6. you've never shaved? i was going to say it is because hair grows in cycles and sometimes you have to wait through 2 cycles to have all the hair long enough to wax. if you have never waxed or shaved before, then maybe the esthetician pulled incorrectly causing the hair to break.

  7. Well, for the last bits of stubble, I'd just try Nair sensitive skin - works every time =]

    Hope this helps!
