Legacy Scholarships?

Question

I've heard you can get a scholarship to some colleges if a family member has attended the school, is this true?

Also, I was curious if it applied to all family members. I like the colleges my aunt and cousins went to but I didn't know if they applied to the rule.

I do not know about it but my cousin has a scholarships from below website last year
