Legal? 16 YR old and 20 YR old in PA having s*x?

Hypothetically. I'm just curious, because I know the age of consent in Pennsylvania is 16. Does this mean that if I was 16, I could have s*x with an 18 year old and it would be legal? How about if I was 16 and the partner was 20? 22? I heard something about a possible 4 year gap limit in some states. Would that effect those situations?

I know it is morally and socially unacceptable. And at 16 it might be seen as too young anyways. Regardless, I'm just curious about the laws.

I had a friend, she was 16 and got pregnant with a 32 year old. (I know, not good.) Would this be illegal even though the age of consent is 16?

I ask this all hypothetically because I just want to know the actual truth about those situations.

No it's  not legal at all. The only way you could have s*x at the age of 16 is with someone 17 or younger. A person who is 18 and having s*x with anyone under 18 is considered statuatory rape.

No, Well I'm not sure because here in the united states i heard that ur not allowed to have s*x until ur 18 and +. i also think its safe to have s*x with your 16 because theres condoms and a girl couldnt get pregnant... but im mostly sure its not legal... o.o not unless somebody knows.... xD haha jk.
