Here's the complete newstory (see link below ...), but, in short, one poor dude reportedly paid "thousands" of dollars for what was claimed to be the body of Bigfoot. Turns out it was nothing more than a rubber gorilla suit. He's looking to sue ... does this guy actually have a case or is a case of Buyer Beware? I can understand why this guy is pissed off, but, he didn't even have any tests done on the "body" before handing over his cash ... there's a case of sheer stupidity.

  1. It depends on what the seller represented the 'remains' as when he offered them for sale. At first glance it would appear that he almost certainly does - you can't offer a "bigfoot corpse" for sale and then actually hand over a gorilla suit without it being fraudulent misrepresentation - but the seller 'may' have hedged his offer around with disclaimers that protect him from such a suit.

I'd note, though, that the seller (A cop!) has already been fired for the scam by the police department he works for, so he might not have the money any more to pay back.

  2. It maybe fraud...but...you can't be too bright for buying something like that in the first place. I mean ' if ' it were real, it'd be worth millions.
