Can the parents of a 16 year old girl get a 21 year old man into legal trouble in the state of WV?

  6. No, the age of consent in WV is 16.  Now, if it were my 16 year old daughter, the 21 year old man would not have to worry about the cops.  My friends and I would castrate him with masks on.
