Legal Drinking Age in Majorca?

My Mum says that its 16 but im really Not Sure

It used to be 16 but it's 18 now, and they're getting pretty serious about it.

They are generally pretty relaxed about it, 16 wouldn't be a problem, I holidayed there and bought drinks from being 14

Legally in Spain its 18 and over.. sorry its not 16 at all..

In Mallorca and in all Spain the age is 18. But in holidays maybe you can drink without problems.
