Legal Driving Age of Hong Kong and Shanghai, China?

Okay, so I live between Hong Kong and Shanghai, the legal driving age for both cities is 18 years old and above. I will soon be moving to the United States to study, if I get a drivers liscense in the US at 16, am I legally allowed to drive in Shanghai at 16?

    As you said yourself. you have to be at least 18 to allow to drive in China.


  2. say u get ur license 16 in the US. but that kind of license has limitation rite? as i hv mine in Canada, Edmonton 16 but it's comes w/ a rules. that wil be when a 16 w/ license is driving, he/she must accompany w/ an adult whose over 21 wt a license 2. anyway, even thou u hv a US license. u stil hv to apply 4 an extra Int'l License to drive in other countries. this 1 i m sure. so.... if u r under 18 & wanna hv an Int'l 1. i dun think they wil issue to u until u r 18. is that clear my man?
