It is a misdemeanor s*x crime in all of those states. All misdos can get up to a year in jail.

The big thing is upon conviction he is a s*x offender and has to register. His picture and his residence are put up on official web sites. Depending on the state he cannot live near a school or church. Even if he keeps his pants on he remains on the list for 10 years minimum.

Despite what some people think exposers and peepers do go on to worse violent s*x crimes, it is all part of the same sickness.
