My best friend hit an illegal hispanic man on a bike, with, the back tire of her van, broke the front tire of his bike and knocked him off with a little complaint his leg hurt, he refused to let her call the police so she took him and the bike home, to a home where no one spoke English, she left her name, phone number and insurance info, could she get took on this one . I told her she will most likely never hear from them again but, what about not reporting the accident or leaving it, what could happen, put in any input you think we should be concerned about .Thanks
