I am planning to start a business venture with my friend who is a Foreign National.

I want to know what are the additional terms and conditions and Legalities involved to start a Partnership Firm with a Foreigner.

If foreign individuals are not entertained than I would also like to know if a company can be floated by my friend in his home country and we can merge as one company in India?
