Legal Piercing Age In Toronto?

I will be visiting Markham, Ontario this summer and was considering getting my nostril pierced, but i was wondering what the legal age is. I heard it's only 16 but i'm not sure.

Piercings are legal at any age as long as you have a parent there to sign the forms with you and to give permission.

You can get pierced at 16 without parental consent, but you will need some sort of identification (ID) with you like an Ontario health card, a driver's license, etc.

16 is the legal age. Bring I.D. But I actually got my lip done when I was 15 (had my parents with me).

yeah, most piercings are 16, some places wont do any below the belt without being 18.
