A food critique goes to a recently opened restaurant, where he/she is served cold food and receives terrible customer service. The dishes are unclean and the cutlery is poorly placed. He/she gives the restaurant a bad review. The restaurant is now out of business as this particular critique is a ‘hot shot’. The restaurant owner wants to sue this particular critique, if able, on what grounds is the owner able to do so?
