Legal Zoom for Power of Attorney?

My mother wants to give me POA and wants to use LegalZoom. How are they?

POAs are pretty standard docs.

Make sure it meets requirements in your mother's state.

IF it concerns real estate authority, it must be witnessed and notarized, and it's a good idea, even if it doesn't.

A power of attorney is a pretty basic document - I'm sure LegalZoom is fine

I used LegacyWriter to create both Financial Power of Attorney and a Medical one.  I am quite satisfied.  I am sure other online companies provide something similiar.
