my hubby got a bad case of food poisoning from boston pizza. i called them after being at the hospital for many hours, and the manager insisted that it was impossible to get food poisoning from his restaurant and wouldn't even check into what my hubby ate to make sure nobody else go sick. we both took the day off work yesterday, and he's still at home today. because of that we're out quite a bit of money.is there anything we can do legally to recoop our costs? we're in canada by the way. thanks
