Legal advice about criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the second degree?

if a man is found guilty of 5 counts of criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the second degree in S.C. what kind of penalty will he get. it was consentual s*x"nonviolent" i heard from both sides that they were in love and the 13 year old girl told him she was 15 it wasn't intill after they had s*x a few times he found out her age but by that time they were in love so the realationship continued. he has no criminal record pays child support on time and if you were to ask anyone to describe him they would say he is honest,kind,very generous.

  1. No one who knows what they're talking about will give you legal advice. It could be considered practicing law without a license, and is illegal.

    But in my layperson's opinion, "the man" is going to spend some time in prison.

    I don't believe that.

    Anyway, it doesn't matter - he's required to know her real age.

    He'll get convicted.

    get a good lawyer and you will get out sooner
