Legal age for fiancee sponsor

how old my fiancee has to be before i can sponsor her to come to the US? 18 and above? thanks

It is slightly vague.  The law says both must be of legal age to marry.  It does not say "be of legal age to marry in the United States"  But I am betting that is what the intent is.

In every state except Mississippi (male 17, female 15)you need to be 18 or over to get married without parental permission. In Puerto Rico it is 21.

ur question is interesting because u can actually get married as long as u have permission from the parents in some states ... however not every state in the USA has the same rules when it comes to u being able to get married . anyways i hope u are not trying to bring a little girl since i know than in some countries like India u can actually get married at a really young age even if it isn't legal to do so .
