  1. I assume you are talking about legal are of consent for s*x.

The aptitude test should be as follows:

    1. I feel ready to have s*x with someone who has also passed this aptitude test: Yes/No

    2. I am willing to accept responsibility for my decisions Yes/No

    3. I realize that if I fail this test and have s*x anyway, people will refuse to help me in the event of any bad luck Yes/No

To pass you need to answer YES to all three.

Anyone of any age should sign this with their partner and a witness who has already had s*x whenever they engage in anything sexual.

Now, we'll need to decide on a fair punishment for those who fail the test and have s*x anyway, right?

  2. Consent to what?, be more specific if you want your question answered.

  3. No!  I know I am going to get thumbs down, but...NO!  Children need to be protected by the law when it comes to consent.

  4. Something tells me you'd fail.

  5. s*x and age

There seems to be this trend on here that i've been noticing... actually it seems to be a trend as a whole in this country, and I fear greatly for the future because of it.

people dont question things. people dont challenge things they are told.

i have read over 40 people seriously express that they beleive s*x should not be had before the age of 20... they really dont think that people are either smart enough or mature enough to handle s*x until reaching 20 years in their life.

the first question i have to wonder is when the last time these people sat down and talked to an intelligent kid was. where do they get this idea. the changes a teenager goes through from 12 to twenty are experience based, not thought processes. theyre just as smart, just as capable, only less experience under their belt. these people are trying to say that an individual capable of saving a life, climbing a mountain, and with a generally greater base of knowledge in most scholastic areas than the average forty year old... is not capable mentally or emotionally of handling the acts of s*x.

    i am 22, my wife is 40.

i remember being 9 and masterbating, fantasizing about my classmates. i remember being twelve as if it were last week, and let me tell you folks that dont see it as cleary from afar... we dont change that much. sure i was an exception to my age in alot of respects. but so are alot of other kids out there. yes there are dumbasses, but ya know what... those dumbass kids wind up usually just being dumbass adults too.

we have a legal age in this country of 18, to vote, but 16 to drive... we trust a couple thousand pounds of mechanical parts, combustable engines, and steel hurtling down the road at 70 miles an hour to them, but dont beleive they have a mind capable of choosing who they think can handle our country. thats like saying "no you cant chose whos finger is on the button to the big one but heres a stick of dynamite for you and each of your friends, be careful." and the shocker... most of them dont die. some of them do for sure, but its a car and a road so thats just statistically bound to happen... but the fact that the survivors outweight he casulaties is proof enough for me.  I believe that they think clearer than us.

our middle schoolers can now do advanced physics. they can tell me the layers of the earth and how big they are, they can understand the tragedy of the holocaust, but we dont think they can handle s*x....

let me tell you something folks, if you are old enough to m********e then you are old enough for s*x! what kind of world is it where it is ok to drive a car at sixteen, learn physics at 14, know about photosynthesis at twelve, but not supposed to be a sexual person until 18... its crazy!

grown adults are so clueless about whats really going on that they ask basic question on here about s*x. why dont they know? why did no one ever tell them these things? how come a 40 yr old can ask why their spouse cant make them acheive climax, and be earnest in their ignorance?

people wouldnt tell me these things as a kid cause they were uptight and it wasnt in their moral beleif that i should know... so i did what every other kid around me did. i found another source. and while some obsessed with cable and movies and all the other things they could get their hands on. i did what i was good at as a kid and went to the library.... end result by the time i was 12 i was burning copies of the kama sutra for my buddies and helping them avoid sticking their feet in their mouths. at 22, I'm still doin the same thing only my buddies are now people on here in their middle age years.

how about the emotional maturity? yeah, how about it... kids act how we expect them to. you treat them like they should have a different crush each week... guess what they let you see. and are adults any better at all? no.

it's s*x! just s*x. we treat it like its some big taboo or secret thats just for adults, but we all know when we started masterbating. we know what we thought about. why dont we just wake up and treat it realisticly? adults are bigger versions of the kids we used to be. there wasnt a magic age or enlightenment when we reached legalization. there wasnt a whole heaping lot of change in our heads, just our opinions.

how would we be now, if we had been taught without reservation then?

    "its a big responsibilty"

    "it takes maturity"

    "its risky"

    "there are so many std's"

a 40 yr old i.q. challenged overgrown infant can have s*x! i certainly trust that my intelligent and capable teenage daughter can handle herself. of course then again i know that she was able to talk about it openly in our household whenever she felt like it.

how old do you think your great great grandparents were when they had your grandparents? and why?

people in ancient greece had std's , shakespeare had std jokes in his plays... these arent new! we are just treating them differently.

    we keep sayi
