Legal age to smoke cigarettes in alabama?

i'am 15 years old and i smoke cigarettes daily. i was wondering if i ever was in public smoking if a cop could do anything about it. so what is the legal age to smoke not buy

A cop will not stop and ticket you unless he's a total a*s. I'm fourteen and I've been smoking publicly for a few years in many different states and I've never been ticketed. Really the only time you can get busted is if you have cigs in school and your school officer finds out. He can charge you like 50-200 bucks in court. It's very unlikely to get ticketed on the street so don't sweat it. :)
