Question:

Legal and etiquette question?

I recently started up a bogus legal firm RMA and Son and I have hired some actors and actresses to look like lawyers so I can start to sue some people that have ticked me off over the last couple of years. My first official legal act was to sue a bunch of people that are smoking in front of my building each morning and throwing their butts all over the sidewalk. So, I had them served with official legal lawsuits while they were outside on Friday. One of the smokers took the legal documentation and set it on fire and then I had him arrested for starting a fire in a public place. The problem is that this person is the brother of one of the actor's I hired to pretend to be a lawyer, and he has threatened to sue me and my bogus firm for impersonating lawyers. I want to drop my charges, but then he will start smoking again in front of my building with his cohorts and laughing at me and my fake lawyers. The question is, should I pay him off so he goes away?

  1. just put a freakin' sand ashtray outside of your building.  Most people are smart enough to know that if it is placed there it is meant to be used.

  2. For the small sum of $550 my newly aquired lawfirm Notta, Lotta & Help will help you fight this guy!!!

We do anything from traffic tickets to death penality cases for $550!!!

But first I'll take the first person who answered this question (jim) and strap him to the chair for not having a sense of humor!!!

We'll take him for EVERYTHING including his Y!A account. People like him should NOT be allowed to reproduce!!!

  3. Why start a bogus law firm if your going to serve official papers anyway. Do you need these actors to do it because your afraid to yourself? Heck, you want to sue people for littering? Put an ashtray out there for them to use instead. Then you had some guy arrested for a charge your thinking of dropping anyway, wasting the cops, the defendants and the DAs time?

    Dude, your a douche.

  4. First, thank your fake lawyers and send them home.  Using a lawyer, real or not, to coerce someone else is bad etiquette.

For your breach of etiquette, you must apologise to those who have been affected by it.

Drop the charges, pressing charges for something you started is very bad etiquette.

Spend the time and money you have wasted by buying a broom and paying a sweeper to sweep the sidewalk.

Or maybe sweep the sidewalk yourself rather than waste your time posting fantasies about fake lawyers on the internet.

  5. good one, but dont do it again. you went too far with the police. if it legal to smoke its nothing you can do. as far as the butts, if a janitor has nothing to clean, he has no job. its called "job security" is it right? no is it fair? no. but what can you do about it. im quite sure you have better things to do with your time. maybe or (re reading your paragraph) maybe not. just dont do it again. one day you may do it to the wrong person or people and it may get ugly. so count you blessings. they are far and few between. pay him off.

  6. He will never go away, sue the cigarette company. Tell him to sue the cigarette company, turn it all around. Become his bogus lawyer.

Tell him that you will represent him for free if he drops all charges against you and does not smoke in front of your building. Chances are he would rather sue the cigarette company for his addiction to it. Its a win win situation.

Edit: Putting out ashtray will NOT do the trick. They will still throw it out on the street. People would rather flick it out on the street rather than walk a few extra feet to put their used butts in an ashtray.

  7. nah, you'll probably never get rid of the smokers....lol!

put a big metal ashtray out there, off to the side away from your entrance..............a nice table with an umbrella will also keep them in one spot!  perhaps offer them some tea in the afternoon, get on their good side!  This will be much cheaper then a payoff, as with most payoff's the payoffee will inevitably return for more money, thus causing you to file for a bogus bankruptcy!  good luck.................lol!

    xx's

  8. Dude... you're stupid.

You lost any credibility with "started up a bogus firm..."
