Most americans have the immpression that, its annoying for most ilegal immigrants to live and work in the US bcos they dont have permanent residence or greencards to allow them to stay. And so what i want to ask is,if most of this illegals (who really want to pay taxes and have greencards to stay in the US want to pay taxes and have their permanent residence card, will the be allowed greencards if they are willing to pay taxes and most at times have good records. When this people go to the SS office and want to have correct documents in order to pay tax go to SS office, will they be allowed documents and allowed to live a free and happy life in the US?

  1. You cannot go to a SS office to get a SS number in order to become a taxpayer, unless you have LEGAL status in the U.S..  This is not done on a green card !

  2. the majority of illegal immigrants would pay backtaxes + get there paperwork fromSS + green card if they were allowed to...

most of the illegals are (Ibelieve good hardworking people )

they are not a threat to our national security like the Radical Islamists they are a threat to the usa + uk + elsewhere.

People + Lou dobbs LEAVE THE IMMIGRANTS ALONE THEY ARE ALREADY LIVING IN FEAR LIVING IN THE SHADOWS!!!

financially if the govt did an amnesty then all the immigrants would pay approx $5000.00 in back taxes they would pay this for each person...the immigrants would pay all their theit taxes + fees for immigation

the much needed $$$$ could go into the treasury + to schools hospitals...

SO PEOPLE DONT SEE THE IMMIGRANTS AS ANTI-AMERICAN  SEE THEM AS A SOLUTION TO THE MUCH NEEDED BAD ECONOMY

    GOD BLESS

  3. some americans selfishly thinks the way you mention. The reality is, america is built by immigrants from some era or another. There would eventually be a system in place to legalize these people and let them be legally incorporated in the system  the system needs their taxes doesn't they? I know for a fact that people go through all of this becuase they truly need to better their lives, as such they are more than willing to work and serve honestly and legally if given a chance.

  4. What do you tell all the immigrants who followed the rules in order to come the the United States?

We have immigration laws to protect harm to our social and physical infrastructure.  The damage done to the public school system alone in some areas with large illegal populations is atrocious.  We have a legal way to become a citizen, follow that path to citizenship.

By the way, they are low skilled and for the most part uneducated - they would be getting more from the tax system in the form of EITC than paying INTO the tax system.  How about we reward those who follow the law with citizenship instead.

  5. When the illegal alien returns to their own country, applies for immigration to the United States or for work permits to be here and returns to the United States through legal channles they will be more than welcome to come here, live here, work here, earn money and pay their way here. Millions have done this and have become welcome assets to our way of life. We owe much the legal immigrants who have helped shape our country. We can not owe anything to those who start their life in the United States as criminals and that is what anyone illegally entering the United States is. THERE WILL NEVER BE A TIME WHEN A PERSON ILLEGALLY ENTERS THIS COUNTRY THAT THEY WILL BE WELCOME!

  6. Two Words Solar Power. Two more U.S. Jobs

  7. What you're describing is amnesty, which seems to send lots of folks into a violent tizzy. Their point of view (as I understand it) is that if you didn't enter the country legally, you must be punished -- amnesty would be a reward for an illegal action.

  8. Yes, if they could go and apply, and not be deported they would be better off, but the system is built on quotes, so most would be denied. If they were well educated though they would have a good chance.

But if you look Illegal imigrants (other then the fact of being here illegal have about the best record for not committing crimes, so if we give them citizens then we might have to worry about them then.

How would their bosses get to keep taking advantage of them then? and they might lose their jobs cause then their bosses would actually have to pay them what their worth and actually have to pay their half of Social Security on them, and stop commiting Social security freud. Hmm... yep they would be unemployed then.

  9. If they went through proper channels, Got a visa, applied for citizenship then they have the right. If not, they should be deported.
