18 but some pubs etc wont let ya in unless you are over 21 and sometimes 23.

by the law the legal age is 18 years to drink here in Ireland but there is a number of bar/pubs and/or night club set the age to between 21 and 25 there is also a law here that if you look younger then what you are you will be asked for id that has your date of birth or prove of age

18 but u must have id on you when entering a public house serving drink. some places especially in the cities are 21 and sum even 23
