Legal herbs/substances used to induce dreams and hallucinations?

any suggestions? i know of Salvia and Absinthe curious and highly interested in others

I have found that Withania induces vivid dreams and sometimes nightmares in patients. It is an adaptogen and tonic among other things. I wouldn't take it just for the prupose of inducing dreams.

Mugwort is also a dream herb. You can take it as a tea or put some under you pillow. Please note there are contraindications for this herb though.

If you aren't dreaming much it could be due to other herbs/substances, for example anti-depressants and cannabis.

DMT is the craziest, but its not legal.
