Legal question about missing property?

i left over 20 - 45 cds in my friends car, were getting into alittle fight/ mishap, if all goes down hill how do i get these back?

Get them back BEFORE all goes down hill....

Why not just stop arguing? Wouldn't that be easier than losing a friend (and cd's) over?

Anyway, I think just saying "hey I want my cd's back" should do the trick. If not.... there's always small claims.

You Probaby have to take him to small claims court to retrieve your property. Let's hope he doesn't deny the fact that he has them. You also may need some kind of proof they are yours such as receipts.
