question ? the defendant denied everything ,but made a few statements,trying to set the case up for a motion in limine, since i am in discovery, can i address those questions?? thanks

  1. Hmm, I don't believe you know what in the world you are talking about. "Setting up the case for a motion in limine"  Do you know that doesn't make any sense?  Limine motions are pretrial "warning" motions to alert the court of possible inadmissible evidence.  What questions do you want to answer?  If interrogatories have been propounded to you, then you should answer them.  Something tells me this is a prank question
