I have a plan for a book that would be a sequel to Lord of the rings.

what sort of legal problem would i run into if i did decide to right it (other than copyright.)

  1. Lord of the Rings is copyrighted, and you wouldn't be able to publish another book for the series without getting the pants sued off you.

Seriously, what other legal problems matter?

  2. I don't even know what a Tourterelle is, and I know he's right . . .

    --EDIT-- My apologies ^^
