Legalization of Medical Marijuana

Question

Do you think that the Ohio Medical Compassion Act 2008 has a chance of passing. What is the process that it would have to go through to become state law? Would it be on the ballot? If not when would a decision be made? When will we know if it has passed or not?

I would really appreciate any information any of you have on the topic- i am having trouble finding any, as well as opinions!

I doubt very much that the teenage population will allow that to happen.  Marijuana used to be legal all over the United States until teens started using and abusing it.  Then the Law had to step in to stop it.
