Legally, what would my husband be charged with for killing my unborn baby?

A year and a half ago my husband physically assualted me whilst I was pregnant.(8 weeks) This caused me to miscarry. He denies all doing.(Typical for a man that can't keep his hands to himself) This was not the only occassion that violence had occurred, there had been hundreds. I am luckily no longer with him. Is it too late to have him charged, and what can I have him charged with?

Speak to your own attorney before doing anything. The fact that you waited so long to say anything may implicate you in some way. Better to be safe than to find yourself entailed with the legal system.

You would need to seek legal advice as far as the length of time you have to press charges - and MURDER would be the charge or aggravated assault..maybe but I think murder...seek legal advice

u can still take it 2 court its like shooting a person plus men should never hit a woman they should respect them gurls have enough in there mind docha think

Can't answer with certainty but you need to speak to a lawyer as you don't know who else he is doing this to and you may need to be the voice of courage to bring justice to this guy.
