I'm going to see Legally Blond the musical on August 6th.. i was wondering if the winner from the show will be starring in this play by now instead of the old one.

To my knowledge ...yes and maybe...Laura Bell's last show is July 20 and I think the Search show was pre-recorded and theres actually already a new Elle in training, but maybe not if the new Elle is not ready...maybe the undrestudy will take over....still not sure bout the Search show being pre-recorded

Yes, the winner from Legally Blonde The Search For the Next Elle Woods will be in the show on Aug. 6th. The show is pre-recorded and the producers are apparently happy with who they've chosen. She is in rehersals now and will start on July 22nd.
