  1. If the company has a drug testing policy or is implementing one, then they have the right to ask you to take a test. And refusal to take a test could be considered an admission of guilt, depends on how the drug policy is worded. Companies have the legal right to change your working conditions within the law, and drug testing is allowed by law.

  2. Unless your contract says that they can't ask you to do a drug test, or stipulates that they are unable to do anything not outlined in the contract, which i doubt that it does, they can certainly ask you to p**s in a cup. You not doing it may not be grounds for them to fire you, but it certainly can create the environment for them to look for a cause to get rid of you.

  3. if you deny it... they have reason to suspect something! just be compliant and do it! if your dirty... get some detox (sold at any smoke shoppe) or knox gelatin! tastes yucky... but works!!!

  4. I don't know if you HAVE to, but it would look suspicious if you refused...

  5. Was there an accident? If so yes. Whether or not in your contract it is most likely a prerequisite for employment. Most decent to work for companies now demand a drug test, if you cannot pass it then I think your work there, and for any other major or good paying company is done for. Your choice make a good living and have a future, or do drugs and memorize the line do you want fries with that?
