Legell to carry gun?

both situation i will have a permit

is it legall to walk around with an unloaded gun but loaded clip in your pocket ,,,,...............and can i carry a loaded gun in my car ......

.    The weapon must be visible at all times unless you have a concealed weapon permit.

if you have a concealed carry permit, yes....

however i suggest passing 5th grade first.

in most states you have the right to carry a gun even without you ccw however you do to register your gun if its a handgun and if your going to conceal it (in your pocket, or jacket) you need your ccw. as for in a car you can carry a gun in your car now just as long as its completely unloaded and you ammo stored apart from your gun

Yes but no...you can but dont have one like in your shorts like showing the world saying hey punk...hide it away..and yeh in car is ok but hide it as well like you dont want some young kid seeing thru ya car window
