Legend of Dragoon, what is the best battle party?

I've played the game through about 5 times now, just because I love listening to the story be told but I wanna play again just to really kick the games ***. I've always played using Rose, Albert, and Dart. What is the BEST combination of characters? Please justify your answer.

I always used Dart, Albert and Haschel.

Dart- you have to use him

Albert- Once you master "Gust of wind Dance" he's a great fighter

Haschel- Has power in both regular and Dragoon form.
