  1. No. The games are for two completely different game systems. There is no compatibility between the two versions.

  2. Nope.  the save file is in a different format for Wii games and Gamecube games.  You'll have to start all over.

Yeah, the controls are a little strange at first, but if you just keep playing, you'll get used to it pretty quickly.

  3. Unfortunately not.

If I were you I'd just keep going with the Wii version, you get used to the controls eventually, just keep playing.  After all, do you really want to waste all that money?

  4. No because all saved data on the wii games either go to the wii saved data or an s.d. card and the games saved on gamecube go to the gamecube memory card. So it is impossible to continue the same progress, Sorry.

I have both versions for the wii and gamecube and i like the gamecube version a bit better because  you more access to things like control of the camera and you can backflip off of epona whenever you want.

  5. No, your saved data on the wii version will not be on the gamecube version I'm sorry to say. About the whole getting  the gamecube version... I would just stick with the wii version. Its wasting money even if you sell the wii version because you can never get what you payed for it. So think about it, do you wanna spend $20 more dollars for gamecube controls??  Thats basically what you would be doing.

Hope I helped and good luck

  6. No, your wii will not transfer the save data. They are, after all, 2 different games.

The wii cannot store gamecube data on its internal hardrive. You need a gamecube memory card to store gamecube data.

If you do get the gamecube version, remember that the entire game is backwards. They did this because they were going to make Link left-handed (like he has been originally.) But for the wii, since you shake the remote to attack, they flipped the entire game so he would appear right-handed.

This is not a big deal, depending on how far you got into the game, but just remember that the whole game is flipped.

But anyway, no, the wii will not save your data for the gamecube version.

    I hope this helps.
