to get to bellum do i need to get to the last floor again in the ocean temple and hit ta rusty switch wid a hammer becuase i dont wanna do do all of the temple again and find out ive went the wrong way or something so is it possible if some1 can help me thanks =]

You do need to get to the last floor in the Temple of the Ocean King, because that's where Bellum is. If you're not looking to fight him, then no you don't.

You can just use the portals, you know. You won't have to do ALL of the temple, just much of it.

If you've already fought Bellum, he'll be out in the middle of the Great Sea on the Ghost Ship.
