Legit UK ticket site?

me and my friend just bought some reading festival tickets from Acetickets.com but they seemed so easy to find after all the hassle we had before with the blocked sites and busy phoneline plus they are slightly more expensive. So we are perplexed and not sure at all whether Acetickets.co.uk is a legitimate site. Anyone have any info on this particular site or can tell the fakes from the real?

They have a very professional looking site and claim to have been in business 20 years. If they were not legitimate they would quickly be closed down. Why would they spend so much for a professional web site to only be around for a few days?
