Legit talent agencies in Minnesota?

Hello-

Does anyone know of a legit talent agency in MN? I've only found one place that seems scam-free, and that's Wehman Model and Talent. Does anyone know of a good agency that actually gets you jobs and doesn't make you pay for anything? And what do you think about Wehman?

Wehman is one of nine in StPaul.  No web site. They probably are legit, but are they union franchised? The better agents are SAG or Aftra or Equity franchised. Call all of the St Paul agent and ask.
