Lego World Trade Center in mini figure scale?

Hello world, I would like to make the world trade center out of lego bricks and i want to make it in mini figure scale, but my question is how big does the lego wtc have to be to me in mini figure scale? (please answer in feet and inches)

The tower has to be 8 feet tall (526 divided by 40= 13.5 metres= in feet 44)
526 is the hieght of the builindg divided by the scale of a minifig to a man always 40 and that gives you your height. then convert it to feet same for width
