Legs?Help Plz Easy 10points?

im a big girl, but the biggest part of me is my legs! my thighs and calfs r like huge and i hate it! i have done running and walking, but it seems like my muscles r building up and the fat isnt burning, my family does have a history of legs problem, but i dont want to

so can anyone give me sum excerise works to help, and maybe sum links to websites plz and thank you

  1. yea do some crun hes some squats and continue to run every day


  2. You don't need to exercise your legs. You need to loose fat period and your legs will follow your body. You can't just loose fat from your legs though
