Leica brass camera

Question

Hi there, I have just been bought a Leica camera and I was wanting to find instructions of how to use it.  The only info on camera is Leica-DRP-Ernst Leitz Wetzlar&on the base it says luftwatten-eigentum, the lens says leitz elmar, it was bought in Bulgaria but Im not sure that makes any difference?my email is [e-mail].
