The Division two match between Leicestershire and Kent was called for an early stumps due to rain which permitted Leicestershire to bat for only 22.3 overs and also losing four wickets against Kent’s aggressive bowling attack, but still managing to post
74 runs on the board at the end of the first day of play.

who was caught behind after hammering a brilliant knock of 32 runs off 35 deliveries.

On the other hands, Leicestershire are also not enjoying a comfortable position as they are currently ranked the eighth team in the tournament with one loss from six games and have 39 points.
